Obituary: Paul George Lightcap

Paul was the brother of my grandfather, Albert “Wally” Lightcap. Even though Paul died in 1999, I never met him or any of his family.  Paul’s obituary was published in the Telegraph Herald (Dubuque, Iowa) on June 20, 1999.  I don’t have a newspaper clipping, but I have the text.
