Philip Bausman was the brother of my ggg-grandfather, Nicholas Bausman Sr.  Philip was born in Germany on July 8, 1817; he died September 9, 1878, in Guilford Twp, Jo Daviess Co, Illinois.  He's buried in the Hammer Mennonite Cemetery in Guilford Twp.  Philip married Julia Stoft, and they had six children: Philip, Nicholas, William, Henry, Julia, and Catherine. Anna Marie Wulff was the sister of my great-great grandmother Carolina "Lena" Sophia (Wulff) Bohnsack. She was born on June 20, 1875, in Mecklenburg, Germany, to Henry John Wulff Sr  and Maria Sophia Schumacher. The family immigrated to the United states about 1883. Besides Lena, Anna's other sibling was Henry Jr.  Anna was the youngest of the three. Anna never married. Anna died on May 30, 1952, in Hazel Green, Grant County, Wisconsin. She was pregnant when she died in Sheridan, Wyoming, on February 5, 1920.  She was 32.  Ernestine is buried at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Dubuque, Iowa. Herbert Deininger was the oldest son of William and Louisa (Muegge) Deininger, and brother to my great-grandmother Minnie (Deininger) Bohnsack.  In November 1911, he was accidentally shot by his three-year-old brother Willis and later died of his injury.  Herbert is buried in Greenwood Cemetery in Galena, Illinois. Davis.  Passmore was the coroner for the suicide of William Davis, brother of James T. Davis. Sanders, who died in 1891.  Interment was made in Greenwood Cemetery, but I do not know the location of her grave. John Thomas Davis was the brother of my great-grandfather, Percy Davis.  He was born in Council Hill, Illinois, on March 8, 1878.   Both my mom and grandma thought it odd that no one ever talked about him.  His death was very mysterious. I haven't been able to find any articles but this one about his death.  Originally my mom thought that the Watertown mentioned in his obituary referred to Watertown, Wisconsin.  We couldn't figure out what he was doing there, but it made sense. Davis was my great-great grandfather.  He was born in Cornwall, England, and immigrated to the United States about 1850.  On April 7, 1913, he committed suicide by hanging himself under the floor of his barn.  One newspaper stated it was his despondency over ill health that drove him to this drastic action; another newspaper said he had a cold.   Family lore says he was not happy over sons' drinking.
