Mary Francis Josephine (Uhlrich) Sanders headstone at Mount Calvary Cemetery (Catholic Cemetery) in Dubuque, Iowa. She was my great-great grandmother.
Jopephine was married to Ernest Vincent Sanders and was mother to several children buried in Mount Calvary Cemetery including Irene Heitz, Robert Sanders, Lucille Sanders, and Ernestine Strelesky. Josephine, Irene and Robert are all buried in the family plot. Ernestine is buried next to her husband, John, in another section of the cemetery, near their daughter Eunice.
Josephine’s husband, Ernest Vincent, is NOT buried in the family plot. He’s buried in another section of Mount Calvary Cemetery.
