I made this rubbing of the headstone of Salathiel Herod since the headstone was barely legible. Salathiel served in the Civil War: Co. K, 12th Ind Cav. His mother Ellen (Giffin) Herod Hann Netherton is buried near him in Pioneer Cemetery, North Judson, Indiana.
